Voisin Volaw worked with EDP when they needed to relocate from existing office premises into a newly built office block at 37 Esplanade Jersey. EDP guided them through the process from initial building reviews to assist with selecting the best premises through to moving in to a bespoke designed interior tailored to their requirements. 

Brief

Re-location of Voising Volaw including bespoke fit out of 20,000ft2 of office space at 37 Esplanade for Legal and Trust based services integrating the new company brand and reducing the size of the space required with careful planning.  

Solution

EDP designed a Reception space and centralised Client area to act as a shared core between the two businesses based on two floors. Through careful use of the brand, both company’s retain their own individual identity whilst being part of an integrated whole within the space.
